Trees, man. I’ve been doing a lot more graphic stuff recently, and I like it. It might not have the same degree of satisfaction as a super rendered painting, so I think I’m just going to find ways to mesh the two.

This reminds me, you guys should go read Ursula Vernon’s short story about Bluebeard’s Wife, it is so good.
She posts rather frequent fairy tale re-tellings or annotated versions of the Andre Lang stories, so I recommend following her to anyone interested in fairy tales/folklore
